Alissa brings over 12 years of consecutive payroll experience, including more than 8 years in payroll leadership roles. Most recently, Alissa oversaw payroll for 600+ employees across multiple entities, ensuring alignment across provinces, strengthening compliance practices, and enhancing payroll and benefits processes. Previously, she managed a 6-person payroll team supporting 100+ clients and 2,000+ employees, where she led system implementations, time and attendance implementations, year-end processes, and developed standardized procedures to ensure legislative compliance and consistent service delivery.
Alissa is passionate about process improvement, team development, and creating clear standards that make payroll operations efficient and accurate. She is excited to bring this knowledge and experience to the AMLB team.
